Who we are
Runway Fasteners (MGBP Enterprises Pty Ltd, ABN 74 675 032 612) is a trade fastener supplier at 14 Runway Dr, Marcoola QLD 4564. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you place an order, request a quote, or apply for a trade account, we collect the details you provide: name, business name, ABN, phone, email, delivery address, and order details. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to process and confirm orders, set up and manage trade accounts, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, and — where you have agreed — send you relevant updates about products and pricing. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Trade account applications
Account applications are collected through Microsoft Forms and handled within our Microsoft 365 environment. Trade references you provide are contacted solely to assess the application.
Storage and security
Customer and order information is stored in our business systems, which are secured with multi-factor authentication and managed security controls. We keep information only as long as needed for business and legal purposes (including tax record-keeping requirements).
Website data
This website does not use advertising trackers. Basic technical data (such as pages visited) may be processed by our hosting provider to serve and secure the site. Your Order Pad preferences (like GST display) are stored on your own device only.
